Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Architect will be responsible for designing and drafting project plans, coordinating with clients to assess requirements, preparing project documentation, and ensuring designs meet safety and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing ideas, collaborating with internal teams, managing budgets, and overseeing site implementation to ensure design fidelity and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.
• Ability to create construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Proven project management and organizational abilities, including time management and meeting deadlines.
• Attention to detail and creativity in developing innovative and aesthetic design solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Prior experience in a similar architectural role is preferred but not mandatory.
