Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Jalandhar. The Architect will design and develop architectural concepts, plans, and detailed drawings that align with luxury design standards and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand needs, preparing design presentations, coordinating with interior designers, engineers, and contractors, and ensuring design compliance with local regulations and codes. The role involves managing project timelines, participating in site visits, overseeing implementation to maintain design integrity, and resolving design or execution issues as they arise. The Architect will also collaborate on material selection, cost considerations, and integration of sustainable and innovative design solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailed drawings.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as coordinating stakeholders, managing schedules, and monitoring project progress.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration only as relevant to architectural tools or design technologies, such as integrating software solutions within the design process.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
• Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, construction methods, and materials, preferably with experience in luxury or high-end projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and on-site teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality, safety, and sustainable design practices.
