Role Description The Junior Architect will work full time on-site in Chandigarh, supporting the design and execution of interior and architectural projects. Responsibilities include assisting in conceptual and detailed architectural design, preparing drawings and 3D visualizations, and coordinating with senior architects and designers. The role involves site visits, documenting measurements, and helping translate client requirements into functional, aesthetically coherent solutions.

The Junior Architect will also support project coordination, follow up with vendors and contractors, and help ensure that timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including the ability to create detailed plans, layouts, and visual presentations.
• Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration awareness as it relates to design tools, CAD software, and coordination of digital workflows.
• Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities, such as basic planning, documentation, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring project progress.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit ,3Ds MAX) and familiarity with interior materials, finishes, and detailing is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture from an accredited institution is preferred, along with strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, pay close attention to detail, and maintain a professional approach with clients, contractors, and team members.
