Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect with 5+ years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to independently manage projects from concept to execution coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts, presentations, and detailed drawings
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
• Prepare working drawings, design documentation, and technical details
• Manage projects independently and ensure timely deliverables
• Participate in design discussions, site coordination, and project reviews
• Ensure quality standards and design intent are maintained throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Arch Degree (Mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Architecture & Interior Design
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, ZWCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in Commercial, Hospitality, Corporate, or Retail projects preferred
• Strong design, detailing, and space-planning skills
• Good communication, presentation, and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
