Role Description This full-time, on-site Landscape Architect role is based in Pune. The Landscape Architect will be responsible for developing landscape concepts, creating detailed design drawings, and preparing planting plans for residential, commercial, and public spaces. Day-to-day tasks include site analysis, collaborating with clients and internal teams, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring design intent is maintained during execution. The role also involves preparing documentation, presentations, and material specifications, as well as incorporating sustainable, low-impact solutions into every project. The Landscape Architect will participate in design reviews, visit project sites regularly, and support continuous improvement of Earthscapes’ design standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Architecture and Landscaping, with the ability to translate concepts into buildable designs.
• Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Planning and Landscape Design, including site analysis, master planning, and detailed layout development.
• Candidates should possess skills in creating Planting Plans, with strong knowledge of plant species, local ecology, and sustainable planting strategies.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS tools, and Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field is preferred.
• Strong visual communication, technical drawing, and report-writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of sustainable design principles, local regulations, and construction processes is an advantage.
