Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, master plans, and spatial layouts for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Create detailed 2D working drawings, floor plans, and elevations.
• Develop 3D models and high-quality renders for client presentations and architectural walkthroughs.
• Assist in site planning and coordinate with structural engineers and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately on-site.
• Research and apply local building codes, traditional design principles, and sustainable materials to ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch).
• 2+ years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.
• Bonus: Experience or interest in using AI visualization tools (e.g., Veo 3, rendering extensions) for architectural walkthroughs.
• Solid understanding of spatial planning, particularly for complex sites like industrial/logistical spaces or large residential layouts.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple project timelines effectively.
