Archer Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Archer Solution Architect with strong expertise in the RSA Archer GRC Platform to help design and deliver enterprise-level GRC solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Technology teams to translate regulatory and business requirements into scalable Archer solutions that support risk management, compliance, and operational resilience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex risk and governance challenges using technology, and who can balance both hands-on Archer expertise and solution architecture leadership.

What Youll Be Doing

Designing Archer Solutions :

• You will design end-to-end Archer architecture aligned with the organizations GRC strategy. This includes defining application structures, workflows, data models, and future roadmap for Archer implementations.
• Implementing & Configuring Archer
  
  

You will lead the configuration and implementation of key Archer use cases such as :

• Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
• Issue Management
• Regulatory & Compliance Management
• Policy Management
• Audit Management
• Operational Risk & Resilience
• You will also configure advanced workflows, questionnaires, calculations, and access control frameworks to support risk and compliance processes.
  
  

Integrations & Data Strategy

• You will design integrations between Archer and enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, IAM tools, and enterprise data platforms. Ensuring data quality, reporting accuracy, and reliable data flows will be an important part of this role.
  
  

Working With Stakeholders

• You will collaborate with risk managers, compliance teams, auditors, and IT teams to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into effective Archer solution designs. You will also facilitate design workshops, solution walkthroughs, and architecture discussions.
  
  

Reporting & Insights

• You will help design risk dashboards, executive reporting, and KPI/KRI frameworks that enable leadership teams to gain clear visibility into risk exposure and compliance status.
  
  

Experience

What Were Looking For :

• 8-12 years of experience in GRC, Risk, or Compliance technology
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience with RSA Archer implementations
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance environments is highly preferred
  
  

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Archer configuration, Data Driven Events (DDE), advanced workflows, and calculations
• Knowledge of Archer REST APIs and system integrations
• Understanding of data modeling and enterprise architecture
• GRC & Regulatory Knowledge
  
  

Familiarity With Regulatory And Governance Frameworks Such As

• SOX
• ISO 27001
• GDPR
• COSO
• OCC / FFIEC
• Communication Skills
• Ability to create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution design documents
• Comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders
  
  

Preferred Certifications

• RSA Archer Certified Administrator / Implementer
• CRISC / CISA / CISSP
• TOGAF or similar architecture certification (nice to have)
