Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into high-performance mobile solutions. Implement responsive UIs and ensure smooth performance across devices and screen sizes. Write modular, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices. Integrate RESTful APIs and manage third-party SDKs or plugins. Utilize effective state management techniques (Bloc, Provider, Redux, etc.) to handle app data and logic. Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Optimize app performance for speed, scalability, and reliability. Stay updated with Flutter trends, tools, and emerging mobile : 25 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development with a strong focus on Flutter. Proficiency in Dart and experience building cross-platform applications for Android and iOS. Familiarity with state management frameworks (Bloc, Provider, Redux, Riverpod, etc.). Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to bring design concepts to life. Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control and collaborative development. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working in an agile, fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a product-first mindset.
