💼 Experience: 5+ Years

💰 CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA

We are looking for an experienced ERP Application Support Engineer to support and maintain business-critical enterprise applications in a live production environment.

Key Requirements:

✅ 5+ years of ERP/Application Support experience

✅ Hands-on experience in L2/L3 Application Support or Production Support

✅ Experience supporting business-critical applications in a live environment

Preferred ERP Experience:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM (Preferred)
• AX2012 / AX2009
• SAP ECC / S/4HANA
• Infor M3

Required Skills:

• Incident Management & Issue Resolution
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy
• Strong understanding of ERP functional processes (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, Sales Order, Warehouse)
• Experience supporting integrations between ERP, CRM, EDI, middleware, and third-party applications
• Exposure to global support models and international stakeholders
• Ability to support incidents across multiple time zones
