Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Coimbatore. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing training to team members. The role also includes analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth through effective marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and manage sales activities.
Ability to train and mentor team members to ensure continuous development and skill enhancement.
Strong organizational and analytical skills to evaluate sales data and implement improvements.
Proficiency in marketing tools and strategies is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
