We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Application Developer Transform Suite as a Senior Programmer Analyst is a key role in the digital transformation of our organization by designing, developing, and maintaining secure, robust, and scalable applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional, multicultural teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business value and operational excellence in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Experience should have 3 - 5 Years of Application Developer as a Senior Programmer Analyst of which 2-3 years of experience in application administration, IT systems management, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with technical incident analysis and resolution.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as cybersecurity standards, ITGC, and SOX regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage system upgrades and implement security patches.
• Strong understanding of database security and access management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Reliable, autonomous, and detail-oriented
• Good team spirit and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and structured environment

Roles & Responsibility

Technical Design and Stakeholder Collaboration

• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions and develop new features for our platforms (backend and frontend).
• Write and maintain technical documentation; perform code reviews.
• Contribute to the upgrades and migration roadmaps of the tool
• Collaborate closely with Product owner, Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA engineers, and Architects
• Write technical documentation and perform code reviews and optimizations
  
  

Compliance and Security

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements, IT General Controls (ITGC), and SOX regulations.
• Guarantee secure access to databases via application or external tools.
  
  

System and Security Updates

• Manage system upgrades and implement security patches.
• Support performance testing and cybersecurity scans
  
  

Incident Analysis and Resolution

• Analyze and resolve technical incidents escalated by the helpdesk or product owner.
  
  

Application Integrity and Maintenance

• Act as the custodian of the technical and functional structure of the application under the supervision of the Tech Lead.
• Apply a test-driven development approach to ensure code quality and reliability.
