Application Developer — Electron / Node.js

About the company

We're building the routing and automation infrastructure behind modern insurance agencies. Our platform orchestrates inbound work emails, calls, forms, SMS and routes it intelligently to bots, virtual employees, or licensed staff.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain our desktop application
• Implement secure real-time transcription flows
• Integrate auto-generated TypeScript types from our backend platform into the desktop client
• Develop native OS integrations (system notifications, audio capture, call detection)
• Maintain unified authentication sessions across web and desktop
• Contribute to a clean, scalable architecture from day one

What we're looking for

Required:

• 2–4 years building production applications with Electron and Node.js
• Strong TypeScript skills
• Comfort with IPC patterns, secure credential handling, and auto-updaters
• Experience consuming REST and WebSocket APIs
• Ability to work independently while pairing closely with a lead
