A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also engage in troubleshooting and debugging to enhance application functionality and user satisfaction, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives, adjusting strategies as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js, Angular, Spring Boot, JavaScript. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks. - Experience in developing responsive web applications. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
