Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions align with the overall business objectives. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure the applications function as intended, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA, SAP ABAP Cloud. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience in developing and customizing SAP applications to meet specific business needs. - Familiarity with SAP development tools and environments, including SAP NetWeaver. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
