Overview :
We are looking for App / Site Merchandising Executive to manage the on-app and website merchandising experience. This role will be responsible for curating the homepage, creating customized buying journeys for customers, managing creative assets, ensuring the right assortment and visibility of products on the platform and continuously tracking performance to improve conversion and revenue. The role requires strong analytical ability, coordination with cross-functional teams, and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical ability with attention to detail and an instinct for great customer experience.
What makes the role meaty?
1. Homepage & On-site Merchandising
- Own the merchandising of the app and website homepage.
- Plan and execute placement of banners, product collections, and promotional modules.
- Ensure the right products and categories are surfaced to maximize engagement, conversion, and revenue.
2. Build Custom Buying Experiences
- Create curated collections, themed campaigns, and category discovery journeys.
- Work closely with Category Marketing and Product teams to align merchandising with business priorities.
- Personalize merchandising based on customer cohorts or campaigns.
3. Creative Asset Management
- Coordinate with design teams to create and deploy banners, creatives, and promotional assets.
- Maintain a creative calendar for campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments.
- Ensure creatives are taken live on time and across the right placements.
4. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track performance of homepage modules, banners, and curated collections.
- Monitor key metrics such as impressions, CTR, add-to-cart rate, conversion, and revenue.
- Identify opportunities to optimize placement, creatives, and merchandising strategy.
5. Campaign & Launch Execution
- Support category launches, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns through merchandising.
- Ensure new products and high-priority SKUs receive optimal visibility.
We hope that you have..
- 1–3 years of experience in On-site Merchandising in D2C / E-commerce / Q-Commerce Operations.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
