Human Resources (HR) Internship in Chennai

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Protalk Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Help with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and events.
• Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
