Animator

SparrowHost is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Animator to join our team in the Greater Nashik Area. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing engaging 2D/3D animations, explainer videos, motion graphics, and interactive visual content across multiple digital platforms.

You will collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and product teams to transform ideas into compelling visual stories that align with SparrowHost’s brand identity and creative standards.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing storyboards, visual scripts, and animation concepts from briefs
• Creating high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and explainer videos
• Designing animated content using platforms like Powtoon, Vyond, and similar tools
• Working with motion capture technologies when required
• Editing, refining, and optimizing animations for web, social media, and internal platforms
• Ensuring all deliverables meet project timelines and creative quality benchmarks
• Maintaining consistency in visual storytelling and brand guidelines

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance creativity with production efficiency.

• Strong proficiency in 2D/3D Animation and Motion Graphics
• Hands-on experience with tools such as:
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Animate
• Powtoon
• Vyond
• Autodesk Maya
• Blender or equivalent animation software
• Experience in storyboarding and visual concept development
• Understanding of motion capture tools and animation workflows (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• High attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory for highly skilled candidates)
