Role Description The Animal Care Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bidadi, responsible for overseeing daily care and welfare of animals associated with PROMAN’s operations or facilities. This role includes supervising animal care staff, setting and monitoring routines for feeding, cleaning, and enrichment, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards. The supervisor coordinates veterinary visits, maintains health and care records, and monitors animals for signs of stress, illness, or injury. The position may involve supporting any laboratory or inspection activities related to animal health, managing inventory of supplies, and collaborating with management to improve animal care protocols. The role requires active participation in training team members, enforcing compliance with company policies, and promoting a safe and humane environment for all animals under care.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Animal Care and Animal Work, with hands-on experience supervising daily routines and welfare.
• Knowledge of Animal Health, including monitoring behavior and health indicators, and coordinating preventive and remedial care.
• Experience in Pet Care or similar environments, ensuring humane handling and comfort of animals.
• Basic Laboratory Skills related to animal health checks, sample handling, or record-keeping are preferred.
• Relevant education in veterinary sciences, animal husbandry, zoology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to lead and train teams, manage schedules, and enforce safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong observational, organizational, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
• Should be able to work on-site in Bidadi and perform physically active duties in outdoor and facility environments.
