Angular Developer

Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Angular Developer to join the development team supporting digital platforms. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of modern, scalable, and secure web applications using Angular and modern front-end technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including product owners, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality banking applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and architecture of enterprise-level web applications using Angular.
• Design and implement responsive, scalable, and high-performance UI components.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Ensure best practices in coding standards, performance optimization, and application security.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on front-end development practices.
• Work closely with UI/UX teams to implement intuitive and accessible user interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues and production defects.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and design discussions.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Strong experience with Angular (Angular 8+ or latest versions).
• Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and JSON-based services.
• Strong knowledge of RxJS, NgRx, and Angular CLI.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in banking or financial services environments.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms.
• Experience with UI frameworks like Bootstrap, Material UI, or Tailwind.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
