About the Role

We are looking for experienced Management Consultants (Ex-MBB, Big 4 Strategy, or Tier-2 firms) to act as the "Engagement Manager" for our AI models.

In this role, you will not just "label data." You will simulate a Senior Consultant reviewing the work of a Junior Associate (the AI). You will design complex "Golden Path" workflows, defining exactly how a consultant should scope, research, and solve problems like Market Entry, Pricing Strategy, or Due Diligence, to name a few and then relentlessly audit the AI's performance against that standard.

This requires "Source Snobbery" (knowing where to look), "Structure Obsession" (knowing how to present), and the ability to spot subtle logic breaks that a generalist would miss.

Key Responsibilities

• Prompt Architecture (The "Client" Simulation): Create high-fidelity, real-world complex consulting prompts (e.g., "Decompose the unit economics of a D2C launch in Vietnam"). You will design prompts supported by synthetic data in excels, pdfs , sheets, messages or slide decks duplicating real world client datas that test for specific defined taxonomy.
• The "Golden Path" Definition: Map the ideal step-by-step workflow for specific consulting tasks. You will define what "Good" looks like.
• Forensic Evaluation (The "Audit"): Review AI-generated research and strategy memos. You must identify:
• Source Failures: Did the AI use a generic blog instead of a 10-K or Government Gazette?
• Logic Breaks: Did a pricing calculation miss a critical variable (e.g., margins vs. markup)?
• Hallucinations: Did it invent a regulation or metric?
• Value-at-Stake Sizing: Verify mathematical models and sizing exercises (TAM/SAM/SOM) to ensure "First Principles" accuracy.
• Feedback Loops (RLHF): Write detailed, constructive critique explaining why an output failed (e.g., "The logic holds, but the source hierarchy is weak"), helping the model "learn" consultant-grade reasoning.

Skills & Experience Required

• Professional Background: 2-6 years of experience in Management Consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman, L.E.K., etc.) or Corporate Strategy.
• Deep Research Capability: You know exactly where to find "hard data." You instinctively check the Federal Register for laws, SEC Filings for financials, and Euromonitor/Gartner for market data, and you reject generic sources.
• Analytical Rigor: Strong grasp of core consulting frameworks (Profitability, Market Entry, M&A Deal Screening, Pricing Waterfalls). You can spot a logic flaw in a spreadsheet instantly.
• Attention to Detail: You are obsessive about units (Monthly vs. Annual), currency conversions, and mutually exclusive structuring (MECE).
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex logic failures simply. You can explain why the AI is wrong, not just that it is wrong.

Education Qualifications

• Preferred: MBA from a top-tier business school (IIMs, ISB, Global Top 20) OR Undergrad from IIT/BITS/Top Universities with relevant consulting experience.

Note: We prioritize demonstrable reasoning ability over degrees. A "Work Sample" assessment testing your ability to spot logic errors will be part of the hiring process.
