Role Description This is an on-site Ambulance Driver role based in Anuppur. The Ambulance Driver will operate and manage ambulances safely, ensuring timely transport of patients, medical staff, and equipment as per dispatch and service protocols. Daily responsibilities include following defensive driving practices, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep, completing logbooks and documentation, and complying with traffic and safety regulations. The role also involves coordinating with emergency services personnel, communicating clearly with medical teams, and supporting patient comfort and safety during transit. The Ambulance Driver will work closely with Fleet Care Assist 24x7 operations staff to ensure service readiness and adherence to company procedures.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Defensive Driving skills and proven experience operating Ambulance or similar emergency vehicles.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Emergency Services procedures and safe patient transport practices.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with patients, attendants, medical staff, and control room teams.
• Valid commercial or ambulance driver’s license, with a clean driving record and familiarity with local routes in and around Anuppur.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as operationally required.
• Basic understanding of vehicle inspection, routine checks, and reporting mechanical issues to fleet maintenance teams.
• Physical ability to assist with patient movement and support emergency response activities when needed.
• Prior experience in healthcare transport, emergency services, or fleet operations is an advantage.
