At Ecom Seller’s Support, this role combines the strengths of both E-commerce account management and Amazon Ads performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and optimize Amazon product listings, including titles, bullet points, backend keywords, A+ content, and images.
  • Troubleshoot listing errors, suppressed ASINs, and handle complex case resolutions within Seller Central.
  • Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify ranking and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute Amazon PPC strategies to improve performance, reduce TACoS, and increase profitability.
  • Perform bid optimizations, search term analysis, and negative keyword pruning.
  • Manage ad budgets and optimize campaigns across multiple marketplaces.
  • Run A/B tests and analyze campaign data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor account performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Ads, Design, and Account Management teams to align listings, creatives, and growth strategies.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon policies, best practices, tools, and new advertising features.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Min 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts and PPC campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
  • Solid understanding of listing optimization, keyword research, and catalog management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using Excel/Google Sheets for performance analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven, and focused on delivering measurable results.
  • Experience handling international marketplaces (US, UK, EU, India) is preferred.
  • Amazon Ads certification is a plus.
