Analyst - Investment Banking are a decade-old distinguished investment bank and financial services company headquartered in Mumbai and promoted by reputed professionals. We specialize in a wide array of financial services, including fundraising, private equity, debt syndication, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and handling special situations.

We are looking to expand our team by adding professionals who are passionate about investment banking and have an entrepreneurial mindset. We are looking for professionals who are detail oriented, can work in a fast- paced environment and under tight timelines. We work with businesses across various stages of evolution, propelling them to the next level and beyond.

Work Experience: 1-4 years of experience in finance. Only Mumbai based candidates need to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis concerning industry trends, corporate Financials, and noteworthy investment prospects spanning diverse sectors.
• Identify opportunities by researching multiple sectors, VC/PEs portfolio companies, and be a part of business development activities.
• Collaborate and assist senior team members to develop transaction-related documents including financial models, information memorandum, and materials for due diligence.
• Assist in managing the deal process, including coordinating with internal and external parties.
• Preparing and maintaining industry and thematic reports.
  
  

Qualification & Experience

• MBA finance/MS Finance/ CA/CFA having a work experience of 1-4 years
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in financial modelling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical ability.
• Very good understanding of financial statements.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Team player
