Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at Hotel Nisarga in Kakori. The role involves handling a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel. Duties include managing reservations, assisting with receptionist responsibilities, delivering exceptional customer service, and coordinating food and beverage services. The position requires a proactive and adaptable individual committed to enhancing guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with guests and address their needs
• Experience in Reservations and Receptionist Duties for handling booking systems and managing front desk operations
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage service to assist in coordinating dining operations when necessary
• Ability to multitask and adjust to varying responsibilities within the hotel environment
• Flexibility and a positive attitude toward creating seamless guest experiences
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
