Hotel General Manager — Greater Cincinnati Market

A well-established hotel management company is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a hotel in the Greater Cincinnati area. This is a high-visibility leadership role with full ownership of operations, guest experience, team culture, and financial performance.

What you'll own:

• Total property operations across rooms, food & beverage, and guest services
• P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization
• Recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing team
• Driving guest satisfaction and brand/quality standards
• Building a workplace culture where associates thrive

What we're looking for:

• 2-3 years of hotel management leadership experience (GM or AGM ready to step up)
• Branded, select- or full-service hotel background preferred
• Food & beverage experience required
• Strong command of hotel financials, labor management, and revenue strategy
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and grow a team
• Excellent guest-service instincts and a hands-on leadership style
• Familiarity with hotel operating systems (PMS, revenue tools) a plus
