Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Airport Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the airport, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all airport activities. Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all airport operations, including ground handling, passenger services, and aircraft maintenance
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Monitor and maintain airport facilities, equipment, and services to ensure they are in good working condition
Manage and train a team of airport staff, including supervisors, customer service agents, and ground crew
Ensure the safety and security of all airport operations, including implementing emergency response protocols
Liaise with airlines, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely airport operations
Prepare and manage budgets for airport operations, including forecasting and cost control measures
Oversee the development and implementation of new airport projects and initiatives
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security regulations
Stay updated on industry trends and developments to continuously improve airport operations. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in airport operations or a similar role
Knowledge of aviation regulations and industry best practices
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
