Job Summary: We are currently hiring for Airport Ground Staff to join our team at Mumbai Airport. As a ground staff member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of airport operations. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for freshers who are eager to start their career in the aviation industry. Key Responsibilities:

Assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling procedures
Providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant travel experience for passengers
Communicating with airline crew and ground staff to ensure timely departure and arrival of flights
Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner
Ensuring the safety and security of passengers, baggage, and airport facilities
Collaborating with other ground staff members to maintain a clean and organized airport environment
Adhering to all safety and security regulations and procedures set by the company and relevant authorities
Assisting with special services such as wheelchair assistance, VIP handling, and unaccompanied minors
Keeping track of flight schedules, delays, and cancellations to provide accurate information to passengers
Handling cash and credit card transactions for excess baggage, lounge access, and other services Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 10+2 or equivalent qualification from a recognized board
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
Fluency in English and Hindi, knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage
Must be willing to work in shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Prior experience in the aviation industry will be preferred but not mandatory Benefits:
