Job Description
- Manage and process customer flight bookings and reservations
- Issue and reissue airline tickets in adherence to airline policies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to ticketing
- Provide information about flight schedules, fares, and policies
- Ensure accurate and efficient data entry into reservation systems
- Assist customers with special requests such as meal preferences and seating arrangements
- Handle payment transactions and ensure proper documentation
- Stay updated with airline policies, regulations, and industry news
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in travel or hospitality is a plus
- Previous experience in ticketing or travel industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
