𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

We are looking for a highly skilled and domain-specialized AI/ML Trainer with deep expertise in 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗜 and 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀.

This role goes beyond traditional teaching — it requires ownership of designing and delivering advanced, real-world AI training programs tailored for medical colleges, healthcare professionals, and corporate healthcare organizations.

You will act as a bridge between AI technology and clinical applications, enabling learners to build practical, deployable healthcare AI solutions.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗲

Success in this role means transforming learners into professionals capable of building and deploying AI solutions in healthcare environments.

You will lead programs where outcomes are measured by:

• AI models applied to real medical datasets

• Deployment-ready healthcare solutions

• Understanding of ethical AI and compliance (HIPAA-like standards, data privacy)

You will become the go-to expert for Healthcare AI training initiatives within the organization.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘂𝗺 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻:

Design end-to-end training programs covering:

• Medical imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT scan analysis)
• Clinical NLP (EHR, medical reports, prescriptions)
• Predictive analytics (disease prediction, patient risk scoring)
• AI in diagnostics and decision support systems

𝗢𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆:

Conduct high-impact training sessions for:

• Medical students and faculty
• Healthcare professionals
• Hospital IT teams
• Corporate healthcare organizations

𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:

Develop real-world healthcare AI projects such as:

• Disease detection from medical images
• Clinical decision support systems
• Patient readmission prediction models
• Medical chatbot / assistant using LLMs

𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲:

Guide learners on handling sensitive medical data with proper privacy, security, and compliance standards.

𝗟𝗮𝗯 & 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:

Set up training labs using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model training, evaluation, and deployment.

𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴:

Create project-based assessments ensuring real-world applicability of AI solutions.

𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 & 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽:

Mentor students, junior trainers, and teams to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.

𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽:

Represent the organization in healthcare AI workshops, conferences, and seminars.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

Mastery of Python, Machine Learning & Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow)

Strong experience in:

• Medical imaging (Computer Vision models like CNNs)
• NLP on clinical data
• Predictive healthcare analytics

Familiarity with healthcare datasets and standards:

• EHR / EMR systems
• DICOM imaging formats
• Data privacy regulations

Experience with:

• LLMs for healthcare use cases
• AI model deployment
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• Prior experience in training / teaching / workshops

• Strong communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to medical professionals
