AI Talent & Managed Services Specialist

We are an AI-first recruiting and managed services company supporting US clients and Global Capability Centers (GCCs). Our focus is on combining recruiting operations, talent intelligence, automation, and AI tools to build modern workforce solutions.

• Use AI tools and modern sourcing techniques to identify and engage talent
  
• Support US recruiting and managed service operations
  
• Create and manage candidate pipelines using LinkedIn and ATS platforms
  
• Use ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI tools for sourcing, screening, outreach, and reporting
  
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and recruitment operations
  
• Research hiring trends in AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and GCC markets
  
• Assist in workflow automation and process improvements
  
• Maintain recruitment databases, dashboards, and reports
  
• Work closely with US-based leadership and clients
  

• Strong communication and analytical skills
  
• Interest in AI tools, automation, and recruiting technology
  
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and internet research
  
• Quick learner with problem-solving mindset
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Basic understanding of IT roles or technology domains is a plus
  

• Knowledge of ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or AI productivity tools
  
• Exposure to sourcing, recruiting, operations, or customer support
  
• Basic understanding of automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or Airtable
  
• MBA HR, BBA, BCA, BE, BTech, or related graduates preferred
  

• Hands-on exposure to AI-powered recruiting and managed services
