As we continue to invest in building next-generation AI products, intelligent automation systems, agentic workflows, and proprietary technology platforms, we are looking for an experienced AI Workflow Architect who can transform ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions.

This role will work directly with the Founder to design, build, and launch AI-powered products, workflows, automations, and platforms that can drive business innovation internally and externally.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly execution-oriented AI Workflow Architect who understands how modern AI products are built and scaled.

This role is ideal for someone who can take a business vision, identify the right technology stack, design the architecture, orchestrate AI workflows, integrate multiple systems, and work closely with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to bring products to life.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AI agents, workflow orchestration, LLMs, automation systems, APIs, integrations, and emerging AI technologies. They should be comfortable building rapid prototypes, testing concepts, iterating quickly, and moving solutions into production.

This is not a research role and not a strategy-only role. This is a hands-on execution role focused on building real-world AI products and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

AI Product & Workflow Architecture

• Design and architect AI-powered workflows, products, platforms, and automation systems.
• Translate business requirements and product vision into scalable technical solutions.
• Define end-to-end AI workflow architecture, including agents, integrations, automation layers, APIs, and user experiences.
• Identify the most suitable AI models, frameworks, tools, and technologies for different use cases.
• Create reusable workflow frameworks and scalable AI infrastructure components.

AI Agents & Automation

• Build and orchestrate agentic workflows for content, marketing, media, operations, customer experience, and business automation use cases.
• Design multi-agent systems capable of executing complex workflows and tasks.
• Implement workflow orchestration using modern AI and automation platforms.
• Develop intelligent systems that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.

Product Development & Execution

• Build MVPs, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready AI products.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to create user-friendly AI-powered experiences.
• Work closely with product stakeholders to refine workflows and improve functionality.
• Ensure solutions move efficiently from concept to deployment.
• Continuously optimize AI workflows based on performance, user feedback, and business outcomes.

Integrations & System Design

• Integrate AI models, APIs, databases, business systems, CMS platforms, CRMs, marketing tools, and third-party services.
• Design systems capable of handling data flow, automation triggers, user interactions, and AI processing at scale.
• Build reliable, scalable, and secure AI architectures.

Innovation & Emerging Technologies

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, models, tools, frameworks, and platforms.
• Stay current with developments in generative AI, agentic systems, multimodal AI, creative AI, workflow automation, and product engineering.
• Recommend and implement technologies that create competitive advantages for the business.

• Experience integrating multiple AI models and third-party platforms into unified workflows.
• Experience building prototypes and scaling them into production systems.
• Familiarity with generative image, video, audio, and multimodal AI technologies.
• Experience working in startups, product companies, technology organizations, or innovation-led environments.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, automation engineering, workflow architecture, product engineering, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on builder with a demonstrated track record of shipping products.
• Ability to independently own technical execution from concept to launch.
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking capabilities.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.
• High ownership mindset and execution focus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for AI, emerging technologies, and product innovation.
