Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based AI services or on-premises application pipelines to deliver solutions that meet production standards. The engineer applies generative AI models as part of the overall solution, working on diverse areas such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI-driven applications is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency in delivering intelligent systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in AI application development and deployment.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.
  
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with designing and deploying AI models in cloud environments and on-premises infrastructures.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI techniques and their practical applications.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
• Ability to develop and optimize AI pipelines for production-ready solutions.

• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
