Job Description
About DROPZ
DROPZ is India's first true limited-edition platform, a culture-forward destination where every product drop is rare, intentional, and never restocked. We aren't just building a brand; we're building a platform that curates stories through exclusive in-house drops, creator collaborations, and collectible releases across fashion, lifestyle, and beyond. Every drop is a moment, but the platform is the big picture and our brand must ignite cultural hype.
As our AI Marketing & Automation Specialist, you will help build the operating system that turns AI into dependable, on-brand marketing output across content, CRM, and creative workflows. This is a high-ownership, 0 to 100 role for someone who ships with daily intensity, designs systems people actually adopt, takes accountability for outcomes, and wants to grow long term with what we are building.
What You’ll Do
DROPZ is India's first true limited-edition platform, a culture-forward destination where every product drop is rare, intentional, and never restocked.
What You’ll Do
- Build repeatable AI workflows for campaign and content production (brief intake, prompt patterns, reference handling, iteration loops, QA, exports), so teams can ship drop creatives and stories fast without sacrificing taste or consistency.
- Create and maintain prompt libraries, brand voice rules, and visual guardrails (composition, typography, color, lighting, cultural tone), so every output feels premium and unmistakably DROPZ across platforms and formats.
- Generate and curate high-volume creative variations for drops and catalog needs (banners, thumbnails, product scenes, mood frames, story slides), then deliver final sets with naming conventions, usage notes, and version history.
- Produce short video assets (teasers, motion posters, reels-style loops, product story cuts) using AI generation plus lightweight editing, delivering platform-correct formats with strong hooks, pacing, and caption readiness.
- Build AI-assisted copy systems for launches and retention (drop announcements, product storytelling, FAQs, push and email drafts), ensuring every message is clear, culturally sharp, and aligned to DROPZ tone.
- Set up and improve marketing automations for routing and execution (brief forms, task assignment, review reminders, approvals, asset tagging, folder structure), keeping the system reliable when timelines compress and volume increases.
- Support CRM and lifecycle execution by creating reusable templates and workflows that help run weekly beats (drop hype, back-in-stock alternatives, creator collabs, community moments) with clean segmentation logic and testing discipline.
- Run structured experiments across hooks, thumbnails, copy angles, and creative treatments, then share simple reporting and documented learnings that the team can reuse for the next drop cycle.
- Own quality control for AI outputs, catching artifacts, readability issues, product detail inaccuracies, and risky claims, then tightening constraints and review steps so quality compounds over time.
- Stay current on AI capabilities and tool updates, proactively recommending upgrades and smarter workflows that increase output and speed while protecting brand integrity and customer trust.
- You have 12 to 24 months of hands-on experience using AI for marketing, creative production, or automation, and you can show examples where your workflows improved output quality, speed, or consistency for real deliverables.
- You translate brand requirements into prompts, references, and constraints that produce usable assets, not generic generations, and you can explain your decisions in a way stakeholders trust.
- You can produce image and short video outputs at volume, and your taste is strong enough to curate hard, iterate fast, and keep raising the publishable bar with each cycle.
- You think in systems and processes, turning messy inputs into structured workflows with definitions of done, predictable handoffs, and documentation that helps teams adopt your work without constant supervision.
- You are comfortable with automation logic and troubleshooting, and you can handle edge cases like versioning, approvals, asset governance, and routing without turning every issue into a blocker.
- You are detail-focused about quality and safety, spotting inaccuracies, artifacts, and off-brand signals early, then fixing the root cause through better guardrails, checklists, and review loops.
- You communicate clearly with brand, design, and product teams, aligning on goals and timelines, presenting options with rationale, and keeping execution friction low.
- You are startup-ready and culture-building, you thrive in a 0 to 100 environment, take ownership without waiting for perfect instructions, and invest long term in building what the team will rely on.
- You learn aggressively, seek feedback early, and improve workflows weekly based on results and adoption, not opinions, so the system gets sharper with every drop.
- You handle internal assets responsibly and protect customer trust, ensuring speed never compromises integrity, accuracy, or the DROPZ standard.
- Ownership that matters, you will build the AI marketing and automation workflows that shape how DROPZ ships creative, copy, and lifecycle execution across every drop.
- A high-velocity environment where your systems compound, your templates become habits, and your improvements show up immediately in output quality, speed, and consistency.
- Growth through building from 0 to 100 together, if you want long-term runway, responsibility, and the chance to shape culture and marketing operations, you will find it here.
