Job Title: AI Lead Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an AI Lead Engineer with expert-level Python skills and extensive experience in generative AI frameworks, LLM integration, and cloud-based AI services. The ideal candidate will design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.

Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise-grade GenAI solutions using LLMs such as GPT.
Build and optimize production-ready RAG pipelines including chunking, embeddings, retrieval tuning, and prompt optimization.
Develop single- and multi-agent systems using orchestration frameworks like LangChain.
Design agentic systems with robust tool calling, memory management, and reasoning patterns.
Build scalable Python + FastAPI/Flask or MCP microservices for AI-powered applications.
Implement model evaluation frameworks and custom metrics aligned with business KPIs.
Deploy and manage AI solutions on platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and cost-efficiency of production AI applications.
Drive innovation by evaluating new LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and cloud AI capabilities.

Essential Skills

Expert-level Python programming with production-quality code.
Strong hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks like LangChain.
Practical experience in LLM integration with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Vertex AI.
Deep experience designing and operating RAG workflows.
Production experience with vector databases such as OpenSearch, Pinecone, and Qdrant.
Familiarity with LLMOps and observability platforms like LangSmith and Opik.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

8–15 years in AI/ML development, with 3+ years specialized in Generative AI and LLM applications.
Experience integrating graph databases and knowledge graphs.
Experience with cloud services from Azure, AWS, and GCP.
