AI Lead / AI Solutions Architect – Fund Analytics & Intelligence

We are seeking an experienced AI Lead / AI Solutions Architect to design and implement an AI-powered investment intelligence platform for our fund house. The candidate will work closely with the IT Head, Fund Manager, Analysts, and external vendors to build AI solutions for portfolio analytics, stock recommendation, market intelligence, and automated reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. AI Strategy & Architecture

• Understand existing investment workflows and analyst processes
• Identify high-impact AI use cases for fund management
• Design scalable AI architecture for the portfolio intelligence platform
• Create a roadmap for AI adoption and phased implementation

1. Data Integration & Engineering

• Integrate and manage data from multiple sources including:
• Portfolio management systems
• Internal dashboards and databases
• Market data providers
• News feeds and APIs
• Research reports and financial documents

1. AI / ML Model Development

• Design and implement models for:
• Portfolio performance analysis and P&L attribution
• Risk monitoring and exposure analysis
• Stock scoring, ranking, and replacement recommendation engine
• News sentiment analysis and market trend detection

1. Generative AI / LLM Solutions

• Build AI-powered assistants to support analysts and fund managers. Example queries the system should handle:
• "Why did the portfolio underperform today?"
• "Which stocks require an immediate review?"
• "What global events may impact Indian markets?"

1. Dashboard & Reporting Automation

• Develop AI-powered interactive dashboards for fund managers and analysts
• Automate generation and distribution of daily AI-driven reports
