What You?ll Do You?ll lead AI-powered growth initiatives ? not just to drive top-of-funnel, but to shape the future of how we go to market and how our clients do too. Cold e-mail and outbound: Lead Sales and GTM to enrich and personalize outreach at scale using AI? Use various outreach and prospecting tools, develop personalized scripts and SOPs by ICP and channel for cold calling, automate follow-up systems to maximize open-rates, reply rates and ensure industry-best conversion from cold outreach to demos? Content and inbound: Identify scalable organic channels to attract and convert high-intent B2B leads - all through automation loops rather than a manual army Build and grow AI-curious communities that both engage and warm potential customers with an AI automation army from your own imagination and intuition Create learning content, growth loops, and funnels that double as education and lead nurture Be a self-starter and work with the leadership and marketing team to generate all the sales collateral required to supercharge your outreach - use AI vibe creation tools to churn out mock-ups, demo videos Collaborate with tech and product to shape how demand gen data and community insights inform our unified agentic dashboard Experiment, iterate, and codify the 0?1?10 growth playbook for our business? ?? Tools You?ll Use Claude, Chatgpt, n8n, IFTTT Clay, Apollo, PowerDialler.ai, regie.ai, saleshandy, instantly.io, lusha, Call Hippo GA4 & Shopify Excel, Power BI & Looker Studio ? What We?re Looking For 0?2 years in sales, GTM, customer lifecycle management, SEO, content and community (internships count) You have the hustle and grit required to champion cold sales and GTM efforts for a cutting-edge AI agentic growth platform for e-commerce brands You don?t take no for an answer and can set big, hairy audacious goals with the persistence to achieve them You've worked at an early-stage startup and built inbound and outbound sales and prospecting systems from scratch and are comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-first environments Analytical mindset with bias for action: spot patterns ? suggest fixes ? measure impact You?ve scaled channels ? from newsletters and SEO to communities and partnerships You deeply understand the B2B demand gen funnel, especially for US-based customers You love experimenting with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Clay, PhantomBuster, etc.) to 10x effort to output You speak like a salesperson, think like a product manager, write like a content strategist, and act like a growth hacker You?re excited to shape GTM motion at a company building for the future of AI-enabled growth ??
