Role Overview We?re seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer with 1?2 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML) , Deep Learning (DL) , or Natural Language Processing (NLP) . You?ll be part of the Vakta AI engineering team , responsible for developing, fine-tuning, and deploying AI models that drive the platform?s conversational and speech intelligence capabilities. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize ML/DL/NLP models for speech and text processing. Work with ASR and TTS systems , focusing on accuracy, speed, and real-time integration. Pre-process and clean large datasets for training and validation. Implement Transformer, RNN, and CNN architectures using TensorFlow or PyTorch . Integrate AI models into production pipelines via APIs or microservices . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, backend, and product managers). Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy, latency, and robustness. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor?s / Master?s in Computer Science , AI , Data Science , or related field. 1?2 years of experience in ML/DL/NLP model development . Proficiency in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch . Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and speech recognition systems. Familiarity with Hugging Face , OpenAI APIs , or LangChain frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Preferred (Added Advantage) Experience with ASR frameworks (Whisper, Kaldi, Vosk). Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS). Exposure to MLOps and deployment on AWS/GCP/Azure .
