AI Engineer

NLQ Systems, Agentic Workflows, Analytical Insights

Experience

4 to 8 years total engineering experience with Python.

2 to 4 years minimum proven production experience with AI agentic systems (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK or similar).

Role Overview

We need an AI engineer to build the NLQ layer across our MongoDB data and SQL based KPI datasets, and create agent workflows that generate analytical insights and dashboards. You should have hands-on experience designing and shipping agent systems in production and be comfortable working across data, AI, and backend pipelines on AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Build NLQ modules to query MongoDB and SQL KPI data
• Design agentic workflows for data retrieval, merging, and insight generation
• Produce structured outputs for analytical dashboards and reporting
• Deploy and optimise AI systems in AWS with proper monitoring
• Collaborate with backend and product teams to translate requirements into workflow logic
  
  
  

Required Skills

• Production experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or ADK
• Strong Python or Node background for AI pipelines
• Solid understanding of MongoDB and SQL data systems
• Experience with retrieval pipelines, embeddings, and vector stores
• AWS deployment knowledge including monitoring and reliability practices
• Good understanding of KPI or analytics style data and output formats
  
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with dashboarding systems or BI style data models
• Familiarity with Snowflake or SQL warehouses
• Prior work building NLQ chat layers or semantic search systems

Direct-hire on the Delightree payroll

Shift time- 11 PM to 4AM IST (Remaining IST Time)
