AI Engineer – NLP & Agentic AI (LLMs)

⚠️ Fluency In English Is Required.

As a AI Engineer, you will design, prototype, and deploy advanced AI systems using natural language understanding and autonomous agents to solve real-world problems in construction and infrastructure. You will work closely with the Innovation Team to bridge research prototypes into production-ready solutions and have direct impact on Sogelink products like Mensura.

What you will do

• Design and implement NLP and LLM-based systems for information extraction, summarization, classification, and question answering.
• Build agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, acting, and interacting with enterprise systems.
• Develop RAG pipelines and translate prototypes into robust, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to identify high-impact AI-driven opportunities.
• Stay up to date with the latest LLM research, prompting strategies, and agent architectures.
• Document experiments, prompt strategies, and model behavior for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Who you are

• PhD in AI, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong NLP and LLM expertise (non exhausive examples such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LoRA, prompt engineering).
• Hands-on experience bridging research prototypes to production.
• Understanding of transformer architectures, embeddings, attention mechanisms, and AI safety.
• Previous experience with cloud based solution and hyperscalers services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Azure ML, etc.) would be appreciated
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving innovation environment.
• Experienced user of agentic-based developpement with existing tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or any equivalent.
