About The Role
We are looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI Agents to build intelligent, production-grade AI systems. You will work on designing scalable GenAI applications that combine LLMs, data retrieval, and autonomous workflows.

About The Role
We are looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI Agents to build intelligent, production-grade AI systems. You will work on designing scalable GenAI applications that combine LLMs, data retrieval, and autonomous workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement RAG pipelines using LLMs and vector databases
- Build and deploy AI agents for task automation and decision-making
- Develop end-to-end GenAI applications (chatbots, copilots, assistants)
- Integrate LLMs via APIs (OpenAI, open-source models, etc.)
- Work with embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval systems
- Optimize prompts, context handling, and response quality
- Build scalable APIs and backend services for AI systems
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance in production
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship AI features
- 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering with AI focus
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with:
- RAG pipelines
- AI agents / agent frameworks
- Experience with frameworks/tools like:
- LangChain / LlamaIndex
- OpenAI / open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
- Experience with vector databases:
- FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma
- Understanding of:
- Embeddings & semantic search
- Prompt engineering
- LLM evaluation techniques
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Experience with multi-agent systems or autonomous workflows
- Knowledge of fine-tuning / LoRA / model optimization
- Familiarity with MLOps tools, Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with streaming responses, memory systems, and tool usage in agents
- Exposure to frontend frameworks (Streamlit, React) for AI apps
- Work on cutting-edge GenAI, Agents, and LLM products
