About The Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to help us build an intelligent onboarding agent for our hospital ERP platform. The agent will serve as a virtual consultant — guiding hospitals through complex system configurations, translating clinical workflows into digital setups, and continuously suggesting improvements as the platform evolves.

This is a high-ownership, problem-solving role where you''''ll work closely with our engineering lead, in-house doctor, and support team to design and deliver a solution that directly impacts our customer onboarding experience.

What You''''ll Be Building

• An AI agent that understands hospital requirements and maps them to platform configurations
• An agentic layer that interacts with existing API endpoints to automate configurations
• A training pipeline that can be continuously updated by non-technical team members (doctors, support staff)
• A recommendation engine that proactively suggests configuration improvements for existing customers
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and document the configuration layer of our platform (50–80 configurable parameters)
• Design and build an LLM-based agent capable of consultative and agentic behaviour
• Work with existing case studies and onboarding documentation to train the model
• Integrate with existing API endpoints to execute configurations autonomously
• Deliver a working proof of concept (POC) within the initial phase, followed by a customer-ready build
• Collaborate with the in-house doctor and engineering team to continuously refine and expand the agent''''s knowledge base
  
  
  

What We''''re Looking For

• 3–5 years of overall engineering experience with at least 1–2 years of hands-on LLM/agentic AI experience
• Proven track record of successfully delivered AI/LLM projects — not just experimentation
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
• Experience working with REST APIs and integrating AI models into existing systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal handholding
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguous, first-principles problems
  
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in HealthTech, ERP, or enterprise SaaS environments
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and multi-step reasoning systems
• Background in Series A/B funded product companies
• Prior experience building configurable or domain-specific AI agents
