• AI Enablement Consultant – Scope of Engagement

• We are looking for an AI Enablement Consultant to help drive AI adoption across the business. The primary objective is to work with each department, understand how they perform their day-to-day work, and identify practical ways AI can improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• The focus is on helping business teams get real value from AI rather than simply introducing new tools. Responsibilities • Meet with different business teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, HR, etc.) to understand their current processes and how they are using AI today. • Review daily workflows and identify opportunities where AI can reduce manual effort, improve quality, and save time. • Share best practices for using AI effectively, including prompting techniques, workflows, and practical examples that teams can adopt in their daily work.

• Recommend the most suitable AI tools for each department based on their business needs and use cases. • Help teams identify repetitive tasks that can be automated or streamlined using AI. • Conduct one or two AI enablement sessions each week with different departments. These should be interactive working sessions focused on practical use cases rather than presentations. • Guide teams on how to incorporate AI into their day-to-day work and encourage adoption across the organization. • Assess business processes and identify opportunities where AI agents could improve efficiency, automate routine work, and reduce manual effort. • Work with department leaders to prioritize AI initiatives that deliver the greatest business value. • Provide ongoing recommendations as new AI capabilities become available. Deliverables At the end of the engagement, we would expect: • A summary of AI opportunities identified across each department. • Department-specific recommendations for improving productivity with AI. • Best practice guidelines for using AI across the business. • Recommendations for AI tools that align with different business functions.
