AI Architect

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience building, deploying, or evaluating AI agents
• Strong expertise in LLMs, agent architectures, prompt engineering, and agent workflows
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar analytical tools
• Experience designing experimentation frameworks and evaluation systems
• Strong systems thinking and product judgment
• Experience building and shipping large-scale production systems
• Deep understanding of agent reliability, tool usage, memory systems, and context engineering
• Ability to make data-driven decisions in ambiguous environments
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• B.Tech from IIT (mandatory)
• Experience at leading product-based technology companies preferred

Responsibilities

• Architect and improve AI agents that plan, build, test, and ship software
• Analyze agent behavior to identify performance gaps and failure patterns
• Design and execute experiments to improve agent quality and reliability
• Build evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and quality measurement systems
• Define metrics and success criteria for agent performance
• Drive improvements across context engineering, memory systems, and tool orchestration
• Partner with engineering, product, and research teams to deliver production-ready capabilities
• Establish rollout strategies, evaluation gates, and rollback mechanisms
• Continuously improve agent intelligence, reliability, and software delivery outcomes
• Influence product direction through deep understanding of agent performance
