🎯 Key Responsibilities

➼ Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and training programs.

➼ Promote sustainable and climate-resilient farming practices.

➼ Support implementation of watershed and livelihood projects.

➼ Strengthen Farmer-Producer Groups (FPOs) and community institutions.

➼ Coordinate with experts, government departments, and local stakeholders.

✅ Desired Skills

➼ Good knowledge of sustainable agriculture and climate-resilient farming.

➼ Experience In Horticulture Or Vegetable Cultivation Preferred.

➼ Strong communication and farmer interaction skills.

➼ Understanding of agricultural markets and value chains.

➼ Ability to organize training and community outreach programs.

🎓 Educational Qualification

– B.Sc. Agriculture or Diploma in Agriculture

– Minimum 5 years of experience in agriculture, rural development, or watershed projects

– Experience working with farmers, FPOs, or NGOs will be preferred.
