About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AGM – Engineering to join our team. This pivotal role will lead the engineering function, ensure operational excellence, oversee projects and technical compliance, and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring uninterrupted operation of utilities and critical systems.
• Implementing energy management systems to optimize usage and minimize downtime.
• Leading sustainability initiatives aligned with company strategy, including compliance with Higg FEM, ZDHC, and LEED standards.
• Driving projects that integrate new technologies, reduce environmental impact, and support continuous improvement.
• Mentoring engineering teams and embedding a strong safety culture.
• Focused on delivering resilient infrastructure, sustainable growth, and continuous improvement.
