We are seeking a Project Manager to mentor and guide learner teams as they design intelligent Generative AI and Agentic AI-driven solutions for real-world problem contexts. The PM will support learners through a structured, sprint-based XPro, helping them understand problem statements, interpret datasets, build generative models, agent-based systems, or rule-based workflows, and develop conceptual intelligent system designs.

The role combines strong facilitation, clarity of communication, and the ability to translate complex Generative AI, Agentic AI, data science, and system-design concepts into accessible guidance for learners.


Key Responsibilities


  • Help learners understand real-world problem contexts and their relevance to Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.
  • Guide teams in analysing structured and unstructured datasets used in intelligent systems.
  • Support comprehension of core concepts such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, agent workflows, orchestration, and evaluation techniques.
  • Mentor students in developing LLM-based applications, autonomous agents, or rule-based intelligent systems for decision-making and automation.
  • Help learners validate system logic through testing, guardrails, error handling, and hallucination mitigation techniques.
  • Facilitate understanding of AI system architecture, APIs, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, dashboards, and deployment concepts.
  • Reinforce ethical AI principles, safety, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices during design decisions.
  • Ensure learners justify their design choices using data-driven reasoning and real-world case studies.
  • Coach teams to develop conceptual intelligent systems (e.g., chatbots, copilots, recommendation systems, autonomous agents, and workflow automation tools) using provided datasets.
