CKP Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd is a direct Life & General insurance Broker company based in Mumbai that provides a range of Insurance Products and Services to meet the needs of Corporates, Government bodies, and Individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, Train & Mentor Insurance Partners for providing SME product Solutions
• Drive Sales through the Recruited Insurance Partners
• New Agents can be Ex Insurance Co. Employees, Retired PSU Employees, Corporate Agents & IMFs, Existing Agents doing only Retail Business
• Use Cold Calling, LinkedIn, Cold Emails, Cold Meetings to recruit Agents
• Work on New Leads given by Lead Gen team and convert them
• Follow ups on WhatsApp, emails and calls on the status of quotes
• Create quotes for all the Insurance Products like Fire, Marine, Liability, Engineering, Health etc.
• Be Customer Centric and resolve Customer queries and do endorsements.

Requirements:

• Preferred Licentiate / Associate / BQP from Insurance Institute of India
• Extreme customer focus with an aim for customer delight
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SME insurance products, including different coverage options, policies, and regulations.
• Freshers looking to build career in Insurance are also welcome
• Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Engineering.
• Results-oriented mindset, self-motivated.
• Good user of AI tools like Chat GPT, Claude, Deep Seek, etc
