Role Description
The Agency Manager will oversee agency operations and drive business growth by managing and expanding relationships with channel partners. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, monitoring team performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational policies. The role will also require analysis of market trends, training and support of agents, and efficient handling of customer queries to enhance service quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirupati.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in agency management, team leadership, and business development
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic financial systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve business goals
- Relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
