Role Description

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients.
- Strong expertise in Aftersales processes and operations management.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate performance data and implement effective solutions.
- Sales experience to understand customer needs and drive service upselling opportunities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate operations.
- Ability to work on-site and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a customer-focused role within the automotive, technology, or retail industry is a plus.
