Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential affiliate partners through targeted outreach
- Own the complete affiliate lifecycle, from lead generation to activation and ongoing engagement
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates to maximize performance
- Drive lead generation through calls, emails, networking, and partnership channels
- Manage and optimize the affiliate sales pipeline to meet monthly acquisition and conversion targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with business and growth objectives
- Monitor affiliate performance, track ROI, and analyze key metrics to improve outcomes
- Prepare regular performance updates and insights to support data-driven decision-making
- Hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, sales, or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a relationship-driven mindset
- Ability to independently manage outreach, onboarding, and partner success
- Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership
- Analytical approach to tracking performance and optimizing affiliate outcomes
- Prior exposure to online gaming, digital marketing, or performance-driven industries is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and excited to work closely with founders
